Admissions Requirements

  • $200 deposit.
  • 2 Letters of Recommendation
  • Resume
  • Statement of Purpose: Explain where and how you have the opportunity to apply theory in leadership practice in an organization. (1,500-word maximum)
  • Transcripts from higher education institutions where a degree was earned. A community college transcript is only needed if a full degree was earned, not for “one-off” courses.
  • An earned bachelor’s + master’s from a regionally accredited institution OR an earned bachelor’s + extensive leadership employment (to chair’s discretion)

Note: Admission is capped each year to ensure a high-quality, student-centered experience. Cohorts begin in Fall; applicants are admitted on a rolling basis until filled.
