Single SubjectCredential

At the University of La Verne, our Single Subject Credential Program is crafted for those who are passionate about teaching specific subjects to middle and high school students. This program provides the expertise, experience, and credentials needed to thrive as a secondary education teacher. We emphasize hands-on learning, allowing you to gain real-world experience in secondary classrooms.

Internship Eligibility

After completing just one semester of coursework and meeting the state credential requirements, you can become intern-eligible. This allows you to begin gaining valuable teaching experience in your subject area while continuing your studies. For more details, please contact a credential analyst.
