This program offers a spring and fall start with an intimate cohort model.<\/p>\n<p>What makes LaFetra\u2019s administrative credential program a standout is the ongoing support and guidance our candidates receive. Courses are taught by highly successful district leaders, including superintendents and cabinet members. The course curriculum is intentionally designed with a \u201clearn by doing\u201d framework. This model encourages leadership development through learning activities in school-based fieldwork, commonly experienced by school site leaders.<\/p>\n<p>Courses are based on the California Professional Standards for Education Leaders (CPSELs) and the integration of CalAPA exam content.
