The Master of Education in Educational Leadership prepares graduates to work as deans, principals, directors, superintendents, or other school administrators.<\/p>\n

Educational Leadership Curriculum<\/h2>\n

University of La Verne\u2019s master\u2019s degree program in educational leadership is designed to develop emotionally intelligent leaders who value the importance of building a supportive school site team of staff, teachers, parents, and the community to work together for the benefit of the students. The program\u2019s coursework<\/a>, field experiences, and classroom assignments are directly linked to the real work of school leadership.<\/p>\n

Careers in Educational Leadership<\/h2>\n

Effective school leaders are in high demand. Employment of elementary, middle, and high school principals is projected to grow 8 percent from 2020-2030, according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics<\/a>.<\/p>\n
